Pers 1 (pace setter) :200 mt run
Pers 2 : 10 alt dumbell (kb) snatch+ 10 overhead lunges with dumbell
Pers 3 :10 slamball(goblet)squat (15/24 kg)+30 mountain climb
Finisher :120 burpees (40 each)
