75 Power Cleans (45-30kg) ‘Rest’ = Superman Hold
75 Back Squats (45-30kg) ‘Rest’ = Bottom of Pushup Hold
6x 400 M Sprints (A row, B rests, slap hands and switch: each partner row 3x)
