1 burpee pull ups
2 Thruster (60 kg)
3 ring dips
4 jumping lunges(r+l)
5 hang power clean
6 toes to bar
7 back squat
8 pull ups
9 power snatch
10 kett swing
11 goblet squat
12 handstand push ups(push ups)

You do 1 burpee pull ups then 2 thruster 1 burpee pull ups,then 3 ring dips 2 thruster 1 burpee pull ups…until the last round is starting at the bottom with 12 hspu and finishing with 1 burpee pull ups
