Every Minute On the Minute Complete 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk
Pause in the bottom of the squat of Hang Power Clean, Front Squat and Push Jerk for 3 seconds.

Then…

AMRAP 16 Minutes of:
2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 14 ….
Handstand Push Ups (Scaled: Ab-Mat Under Head, Feet on Box, Dambell Press)
Dambell Snatches, Alternating (30-20 kg)
